Our first priority as the equestrian staff at Ironwood Springs is to be a part of a team that allows others to know Christ better through their experience at Ironwood.  It is very important that we teach those who participate in our horse programs about normal horse behavior.  It is critical that those who are around our horses are taught how to communicate with our horses effectively and safely.  By encouraging good horsemanship from our participants, we are increasing the quality of thier horse experience at Ironwood while being advocates for the horses that the Lord has entrusted us to care for.

• Junior II 2010
•     An overnight camp for youth 6th-8th grade.  This camp offers the option of horsemanship.

Castner Riding Arena
Castner Riding Arena was funded primarily by Walt and Paulene Castner.  The building was opened in the summer of 2005.  It is currently home to many horse programs...old and new.  Many of our horse programs would not be possible without this arena.  Come join us at the barn!!
