Cost: All activities listed on this page vary in cost.  See description for details!

Descriptions:
  • Tennis Courts: We have newly painted and updated Tennis Courts.  Bring your own racket and enjoy the tennis courts for no cost if staying at one of Ironwood's facilities.
  • Basketball Courts: The basketball courts are found on the edge of the Tennis Courts and are a good activity for those staying at Ironwood's facilities.  There is no cost to use the outdoor basketball courts.
  • Hiking/Snow Shoeing Trails: We have miles of hiking and snowshoeing trails across the other side of the Root River for you to enjoy at no cost.
  • Horseshoes/Lawn Games: We have horseshoes available by the campground sites, and we also have the lawn games (bean bag toss and bocce ball) for use.  For availability please call Steve at 507-533-4315
  • Broomball: Broomball is available for use in the winter when the river has been frozen through enough.  For availability and rental cost please call Steve at 507-533-4315
  • Archery: Archery is available for groups to use at $5 per person (minimum of 10 people).  Take your turn at shooting targets, balloons, or other objects in the range.
  • Bouldering Wall: For $5 per person you can use our bouldering wall that is indoors.  No harness required, because your feet only get 4-5 feet in the air.  Instead of climbing UP, you climb ACROSS. 
Ages:  Ages vary on all of these activities.
