Ironwood offers a number of ways for participants to register.

 OPTION 1.   ONLINE  **There will be $7.50 added to all online registrations** 
                    STEP 1:  Send registration and payment information online 
                    STEP 2:  A Medical Information/Waiver & Release Form must be 
                    printed and mailed to finalize registration      

OPTION 2.  By Mail (must send check or credit card information)
