Things to Bring to Ironwood Springs Camps and Retreats!!
Junior I, Junior II and Twangler Camps
BRING: Sleeping bag or bedding, pillow, two towels, Bible (please put your name and address on the inside cover of your Bible in case you misplace it), pencil or pen, flashlight, bug lotion or spray, camera, toothbrush and toothpaste, appropriate clothes...layers, canteen money ($20 suggestion), sandals, and a modest swimsuit. **People wearing two-piece swimsuits, spaghetti strap tank tops, a-shirts, and shirts that show the midriff will be asked to change. For girls, you must be able to put your arms straight down and touch fabric on shorts/skirts that you wear. No inappropriate language or symbols on clothing.**For those in Horsemanship-Participants must wear close toed shoes (preferably with a heel) for riding...NO SANDALS and long pants (preferably jeans).
DON'T BRING: Cell phones, Gum, radios, tapes or CDs, video games, fireworks, smoking material, or any kind of drugs.
**In an attempt to make camp as God centered as possible, we ask that parents keep their child’s cell phone during the week of camp. Otherwise, we will collect them and return them at the end of the week. Thank you for you cooperation!
