Winter Retreat
February 8-10, 2019

 

   

Winter Summit is a weekend retreat designed for kids in grades 6-12. This retreat is a great opportunity for youth groups and individuals. The weekend is full of fun activities like sleigh rides, snow tubing, BIG games, worship and Chapel, small group activities, as well as time to relax and enjoy fellowship. It is a great opportunity for students to connect with each other and God! See below for registration instructions.

Who: 6-12th Graders

Cost: $100 per camper

Check in: Friday 5:30pm at the Founder's Lodge

Check out: Sunday 12:00pm

Youth Groups:
If you are looking for a winter event for your students, Winter Summit is the perfect retreat. We organize all of the scheduling, speakers, and worship; you just have to send your kids and youth leaders! There is a discounted rate of $85 per student for groups that register 10+ students, and a discounted rate of $75 for adult leaders. See below for registration instructions.

Registration Instructions

We have a brand new registration process this year, so let us know if you have any questions or issues while registering.

To register an individual:

  • Click this link to begin the registration process. You will be required to create a new account, which will be used for all registrations in the future. You can access your account at any time to update your family’s information, registration information, complete forms, make payments, and more.
  • You’ll be required to pay in full or set up an automatic payment plan at the time of registration. A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required.
To register members of a youth group (see detailed instructions with screenshots):
  • Click this link to begin the registration process. You will be required to create a new account as the primary contact for your church. This account will be used to manage the preorder registrations and other account information.
  • The system will walk you through the process of holding spots. Once complete, parents will be able to register their child through the same online system as part of your group. You should instruct them to register as part of a group by choosing your group name. Adult leaders should also be instructed to register in this manner, so be sure to include them in your count when placing the group preorder.
  • If you commit to bringing at least 10 students, we can provide a discount code to receive $15 off the camper registration price (not applicable for adult leaders). If we receive a Group Preorder for 10 or more students, we will send you the discount code to share with parents.
  • Parents will be required to pay in full or choose an automatic payment plan at the time of registration. If your church sponsors part or all of the registration fee, we can set up a sponsorship code for parents to use to transfer part or all of their balance to your church account. Please let us know if you will need this option.
Paper Registration: A paper registration form is available if preferred.
