Dining at Ironwood Springs is not your typical camp food experience. A fresh salad bar paired with a delicious main dish guarantees you will not leave hungry. Whether it is a tender roast beef dinner or a pancake breakfast with cinnamon apples, you will be pleased with the quality of food. Depending on group size, it is possible to customize your menu. Our retreat manager will work with you to make your meal experience exceptional. 

Most meals are served in the dining hall (approximately 130-person capacity). Other locations are also available, such as a BBQ grilled dinner on our one-of-a-kind Grillzilla, or an authentic cowboy dinner at the outdoor Chuckwagon. 

We work to accommodate special dietary needs such as gluten free, dairy free or vegetarian, just to name a few. If there is a gluten-safe dietary restriction, groups can work directly with our head cook. Special dietary needs must be noted at least two weeks prior to arrival. If registering for an Ironwood program, this is done through the registration process. If you are part of a group that is renting space, this can be done through the group lead.
