Something new! WER 2024 now has an option for coming an EXTRA day for more horse intense learning! If you would like even more time in the saddle to learn something new you can sign up for the Friday option. Use one of our horses or bring your own. Friday sessions will start at 9:30 and 1 p.m. and will last 2 hours each. This is a time to work on new skills, address trouble areas you may be having, and take a deeper trail ride learning how to troubleshoot common trail quandaries. The rest of the weekend will continue with the main retreat schedule.
This is a rain or shine retreat as we have a beautiful 100x200 indoor arena too! We have you covered! (pun intended)
Lodging is in our picturesque Miracle Lodge featuring 27 private, hotel-style rooms. By default, you will be sharing a room with another individual but there is an option to be in an individual room for an additional fee.
Participants have the option of riding one of the horses at Ironwood Springs or bringing their own horse (we provide the stall). Please email if you plan on bringing your own horse. This horse must be broke to ride both in the arena and on the trail. .
We require that anyone registering for this camp and riding a horse owned by Ironwood weigh 225# or less. This is an adult women's retreat so we ask that participants be 18 years of age or older. Ironwood Springs is an alcohol free site.
