Executive Director
Ironwood Springs Christian Ranch is seeking an Executive Director to lead our year-round camp, retreat, and conference ministry in Stewartville, Minnesota. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this role shepherds our staff team, oversees ranch operations, leads fundraising and financial stewardship, and represents Ironwood in the wider community. We're looking for a leader mature in Christian faith who is great with people, disciplined with resources, and drawn to a ministry that welcomes guests of all abilities.
