Our ConnectAbilities Cognitive Program offers year-round family recreation and respite events to enrich the lives of individuals and families challenged with cognitive or developmental disabilities.  The events are designed to meet the needs of individuals with all levels of abilities along with their family members to provide a place where families can enjoy time together and also build community with others who share their life experiences.  Families can design their own experience by choosing from a list of creative, fun, and challenging activities during their time at Ironwood.  Our events also offer lower entry points such as a day experience (vs a 2 night, 3 day experience) to allow families to get introduced to camp.

These events are offered at a price that is below our actual cost to put on the events through our generous donors.  Families are provided flexible payment options including scheduled payment plans, options to use waivers, and potential scholarships.  We urge families to work with their social workers to secure funding for camps.
